So far the service seems fine, and nothing has really gone wrong. I do wish they were clearer about the fees and some of the network-related stuff though, because it leaves me second-guessing things a bit. Like, I want to trust it. I kind of do. But then suddenly I’m staring at the details like, wait, what exactly am I paying for here? Overall it’s okay, I’m just not fully comfortable yet

I wasn’t expecting to care much, but the physical SIM actually came in handy. It set up without any hassle and works fine, so I have to admit I’m glad it was an option

I redeemed my tokens and cashed out without really running into any issues. It took a little while to show up, but it did what it was supposed to do. Happy with it so far.

They did help me in the end, so I appreciate that, but a quicker response would go a long way. I think it’s fair to expect basic, timely help when you’re paying for a service

I had a bit of a headache getting international roaming to work at first. i was mostly focused on making sure I could use maps and messages while traveling, so I didn’t pay much attention to anything else. Helium Mobile support did help me get it sorted out, and they explained things in a way that was easy to follow. It took longer than I would’ve liked, but it worked in the end. Not perfect, but overall I was happy with the help.

The phone plan itself has been fine for me, and getting set up was straightforward. I think a lot of customers would be okay with the basic service if they’re just using it on one phone, because that part does what it’s supposed to do.
Where it gets frustrating is with extra devices. I wanted to use it with my tablet too, but it wasn’t as clear or supported as I expected. Wearable support also feels limited, and my watch was basically a no-go. It’s not a terrible plan, but for customers with tablets, watches, or other add-ons, it feels like they still need to catch up.

I checked to see if I could get Helium Mobile and the signup was smooth. The ID check took a little longer than I thought it would, and I had to redo one of the photos, which was kinda annoying. But it went through after that, so not really a huge deal. Overall it was easy enough and I didn’t have to hit up support or anything.

i mean, linking my crypto wallet to Helium Mobile was actually simple. It took me a minute to figure out where the right screen was, but once I found it, everything connected fast and my rewards showed up fine. Haven’t really had any issues so far.

Setting up the eSIM only took a few minutes, and I didn’t really run into any big problems. I just followed the steps and it worked after that thing loaded, so overall it was smooth.

I’ve been really happy with the coverage around my area. Calls stay clear when I’m driving through town, and my data still works well in spots like the grocery store, the park, and even inside my house where I used to have issues. Overall, it’s been solid and dependable for everyday use.

I had mapping running pretty much all day and my battery was still totally fine by the end. I kind of figured it wouldn’t be a big drain, and it just confirmed what I already thought.

I added lines for my wife and the kids and overall it went smooth. Setup wasn’t too much of a headache, just a couple little spots where I had to figure things out. I do wish switching between accounts was clearer, though, because that part felt a little clunky.

regular texts work okay for me. mms fails more often than i’d like, so sending pictures or group messages can be frustrating.

I’ve mostly been using Helium Mobile to hotspot my laptop, and so far it’s been solid. It turns on fast and didn’t cut out during a couple of long work calls, which I was really happy about. Speeds were fine for email, docs, and the usual stuff. I don’t know, it just kind of worked exactly when I needed it to, and that feels great.
